**Job Overview**: We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our creative team in a leading print and packaging company. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in designing innovative and visually appealing packaging and print materials for a diverse range of clients. You will work closely with the creative team and clients to bring concepts to life, ensuring designs are both functional and aesthetically impactful while meeting industry standards and production requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop print-ready packaging, labels, and promotional materials for various products.
- Collaborate with clients, account managers, and production teams to understand project requirements, timelines, and production constraints.
- Create visual concepts and prototypes that align with branding guidelines and client objectives.
- Prepare high-quality files for print, ensuring accuracy in color, sizing, and layout specifications.
- Review proofs and make necessary adjustments to designs based on feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in design, print, and packaging.
- Ensure designs meet regulatory requirements and industry standards for packaging and labeling.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and production schedules.
- Maintain organized design files and documentation for efficient project tracking.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience in print and packaging design (preferably 2-5 years).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including packaging, branding, and print materials.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of color management, typography, and layout.
- Knowledge of print production processes and file preparation for print.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent time-management skills and ability to work on multiple projects at once.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with 3D packaging design or mockups.
- Familiarity with production processes like die-cutting, embossing, and foil stamping.
- Understanding of sustainable packaging design practices.
- Experience with digital design tools like Sketch or Figma, Adobe Illustratoor, Corel, Photoshop ,e tc
