Data Lead

Location: Qatar
Role: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Management: Lead data-related initiatives and projects from conception to implementation.
- Team Leadership: Oversee the work of data analysts and scientists, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Data Strategy: Contribute to the development of the data strategy and governance frameworks.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and provide analytical support.
- Reporting: Present findings and insights to stakeholders and senior management.

Key Skills:

- Strong experience in data analysis and project management.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Years of Experience: 5-7 years in data analysis or management roles.
