An Interior Designer plans, designs, and oversees the implementation of interior spaces for commercial and residential buildings, ensuring they are functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing. They work with clients to understand their needs and preferences, translate those needs into detailed plans, and manage the project from concept to completion.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

- **Client Interaction**:
Develop and maintain client relationships, understanding their design vision and project goals.
- **Design Development**:
Create conceptual designs, 2D and 3D renderings, and presentation materials using CAD software.
- **Space Planning**:
Plan and organize space utilization, considering layout, traffic flow, and functional requirements.
- **Material Selection**:
Research, select, and specify materials, finishes, furnishings, and fixtures, ensuring they meet project needs and budget.
- **Project Management**:
Develop project schedules, manage timelines, estimate costs, and oversee implementation and construction.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:
Work closely with architects, contractors, and other project stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
- **Compliance**:
Adhere to building codes, regulations, and accessibility standards.
- **Site Visits and Inspections**:
Monitor construction progress, inspect installations, and address any issues that may arise.
- **Client Satisfaction**:
Ensure the client is satisfied with the final product and address any post-completion issues.

Pay: From QAR15,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- commercial and residential buildings designing : 5 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- driving licence (preferred)
