As a Digital Media Designer, you'll be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually stunning and effective digital content across various platforms. Your primary goal is to communicate messages and ideas through captivating visuals that resonate with our target audience. You'll collaborate closely with the marketing, branding, and content teams to ensure consistency in messaging and brand identity across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:
Motion Graphics: Create engaging motion graphics and animations for videos, social media ads, and website banners to enhance user experience and engagement.

Digital Advertising: Design compelling visuals for digital advertising campaigns, including banners, display ads, and social media ads, to drive traffic and conversions.

Content Creation: Generate creative ideas and concepts for digital content that align with marketing objectives and resonate with the target audience.

Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency in brand messaging, visual style, and tone across all digital channels and platforms.

Image and Video Editing: Edit and retouch photos and videos to enhance their quality and appeal for digital distribution.

Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital media design and incorporate them into your work to maintain a competitive edge.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field.

Proven experience as a Digital Media Designer or similar role.

Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or Figma.

Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual composition.

Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing software like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.

Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and tools.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

A keen eye for detail and a passion for creativity and innovation.
