- **Delivery and Collection**:

- Assisting with the distribution of mail, letters, or packages within and outside the office.
- **Other General Assistance**:

- Helping with minor office-related repairs or organizing office events and meetings.
- Assisting with setting up meetings or conferences.

**Required Skills**:

- **Basic Knowledge**: Basic knowledge of office work and equipment handling.
- **Communication**: Good communication skills for interacting with office staff and visitors.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage tasks and prioritize work efficiently.
