**Job Summary**:
**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor's Degree in related discipline and 10+ years of experience in business continuity
- Should have business continuity-related certifications at a minimum CBCI or CBCP. More business continuity certifications will be an advantage.
- Experienced in performing business impact analysis for large enterprises at an organizational level covering the operations, supply chain etc.
- Expert understanding of enterprise threats, vulnerabilities, and resilience countermeasures
- Language - Arabic Speaking.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct gap analysis of the organisation’s BCMS to identify weaknesses and make recommendations in alignment with ISO 22301.
- Use international resilience standards and BCM frameworks to design and establish a robust BCM governance framework.
- Develop BIA and RA framework which includes methodology and procedure, in line with the enterprise risk management practices at the organisation. Conduct BIA and RA.
- Perform site risk assessment for key sites to identify the business continuity risks for each site. Perform the risk assessment for the departments to identify the business continuity risks.
- Understand the readiness of the current IT DR Setup to determine the gap of the current set-up with the identified RTO and RPO requirements.
- Develop BCM strategies for various failure scenarios to achieve recovery objectives of business operations/processes. Within BCM strategies, propose potential strategic recommendations for various enablers such as people, process, technology, suppliers, facility, & infrastructure/equipment
- Based on the approved recovery strategies, develop Department Business Continuity Plans, and Continuity Plans for key sites including the roles and responsibilities.
- Develop a Crisis Management Plan (including the Incident classification and escalation matrix), Crisis communication Plan, Emergency Management Plan etc.
- Develop necessary training material and support with the training.
- Define continuous improvement procedure and define the KPIs for the BC Program (including BCM, crisis/emergency management and supply chain continuity) and IT DR Program.
- Document testing scenarios and facilitate the test as per the scenario. Conduct the exercise in coordination with the BCM Team. Supervise and identify the improvement areas during testing.
- Provide training to the organisation’s Internal Audit staff with a view to future BCMS audits to be carried out by the Internal Auditors
- Prepare the organization for the ISO 22301: 2019 certification. Provide support in terms of readiness assessment through an internal audit to ascertain the organisation’s level of BCM maturity and guide with the resolution of the non-conformities.
- Assist the organization in achieving the ISO 22301: 2019 certification.

**KPI**:

- Deliver the project successfully with positive client feedback.
- Review the deliverables prepared by other team member

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 06 months

**Salary**: QAR18,000.00 - QAR20,000.00 per month
