To carry out plumbing repair and maintenance throughout the building.
- To carry out repair and maintenance on all hot and cold water services.
- Repair and maintenance of drainage systems.
- Installation / replacement of piping systems including hot and cold water drain lines, steam and gas lines.
- Repair of fire hose and sprinkler lines.
- Responsible for repair and maintenance and operation of water treatment, softeners, water pumps, pressure reducing stations and filters.
- Maintenance of the swimming pool plants, spa equipments and water chemistry.
- Responsible for regular inspection of washrooms and maintenance of fixtures therein.
- Respond immediately to emergency calls involving leaks.
- Respond as quickly as possible to maintenance requests from both clients and colleagues.
- Ensure cleanliness of work areas and protect surroundings when executing jobs.
- To have a complete understanding and adhere to the policies relating to fire, hygiene and safety.
- Cleaning of grease traps as and when deemed necessary.
- To thoroughly investigate each job as assigned to ensure that only the necessary spare parts are used and to avoid any unnecessary wastage of plumbing supplies.
- Should understand the operation and maintenance of all types of valves and mixers.
- To learn and carry out fire brigade duties when assigned.
- To complete the personal daily job record, time book accurately and keep ready for inspection.
- Installing, maintaining and repairing pipe including joins, valves, drains and fixtures in all types of structures
- Coordinating with a General Contractor and other building professionals on a jobsite
- Understanding and following blueprints or building plans
- Following current rules and regulations related to plumbing to ensure that systems pass inspection for the first time
- Keeping and maintaining records of time spent on a job and materials purchased for the work
- Preparing budgets and estimating costs to bid on potential work
- Responding to plumbing emergencies, determining the issue and making a repair

Performing regular maintenance of plumbing systems to prevent emergencies
