Work Schedule: 10 Hours / Day | 6 Days / Week

Responsibilities / Roles:
**Prepare pre-commissioning & commissioning plans and procedures for LNG plant instruments, control systems, and telecommunication.**

Develop inspection, test, and instrument calibration plans and execute them.

**Conduct instrument loop checks, telecommunication tests, and control system checks.** Coordinate commissioning activities with all concerned parties.

**Ensure SHES compliance with company rules, regulations, and project requirements.** Monitor, report, and manage progress of instrument & telecom commissioning activities. **Report directly to Instrument Commissioning Lead & Commissioning Manager.**

Prepare Method Statements and Risk Assessments for commissioning.

**Supervise commissioning technicians and workers.**

Coordinate vendor specialists for SAT and commissioning activities.

**Perform all other necessary activities related to instrument, control system, and telecommunication commissioning.**

**Qualifications**: Education: Bachelor of Science or Certified College Degree

**Experience: Minimum 8 years in Oil & Gas (including Chemical), with experience in Instrument & Control System construction and commissioning.**

**Skills**:Good English communication & writing skills

Familiarity with local laws, design codes, and technical documentation

Proficient in MS Office
