**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design and Engineering**:

- Develop and design comprehensive ICT/ELV systems, including CCTV, access control and other extra low-voltage systems.
- Prepare detailed electrical designs and drawings for ICT infrastructure, ensuring adherence to Qatari and international standards (e.g., QCS, TIA).
- Oversee the integration of ICT/ELV systems with existing electrical and communication systems.
- **Supervision**:

- Review of CCTV/ICT material submittals & shop Drawings
- Ensure compliance of engineering documents as per project specification and requirements.
- **Compliance and Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct site inspections to verify that all ICT/ELV installations comply with safety regulations and technical specifications.
- Ensure all systems meet the requirements set by the Ministry of Interior (MOI) for CCTV installations in Qatar.
- Perform quality control checks throughout the project lifecycle to maintain high standards of workmanship.
- **Client Engagement**:

- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice on ICT/ELV system solutions.
- Prepare and present technical proposals, progress reports, and project documentation to clients and stakeholders.
- **Team Leadership and Training**:

- Mentor and guide junior engineers and technicians involved in ICT/ELV projects.
- Conduct training sessions for the operation and maintenance of installed systems.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- **Certification**: Grade A certification from the Qatar Engineers Association (MMUP/UPDA) is mandatory.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in ICT/ELV systems engineering, with a strong focus on CCTV and ICT infrastructure.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery in Qatar or the Middle East.
- **Skills**:

- Expertise in designing and implementing CCTV systems, structured cabling, and other low-voltage systems.
- Proficient in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM) and familiarity with ICT system standards.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

**Additional Requirements**:

- **Language**: Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- **Driving License**: Valid Qatari driving license preferred.
- **Availability**: Must be available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
