**Job Description**:
1) Develop Process Flow Diagram (Pfd)
2) Develop Piping And Instrumentation Diagram (P&Id)
3) To Perform Basic Process Calculations Like Hydraulics Analysis.
4) To Perform Line Sizing Calculations
5) To Perform Control Valve Sizing Calculations
6) To Perform Pump Sizing Calculations, NPSH Calculations.
7) To Perform Relief Valve Sizing Calculations
8) To Prepare Heat And Mass Balance Sheets.
9) To Prepare Datasheets For Process Equipment’s
10) To Prepare Process Datasheets For Instruments ( Control Valves, ESDVS, MOVS, Pressure Transmitters, Temperature Transmitters, Flow Transmitter)
11) To Prepare Equipment List
12) To Prepare Line List, Tie-In List, Load List
13) Basic Knowledge In Process Software Like ASPEN HYSYS, PIPENET
14) Interdisciplinary Checking And Co-Ordinations
15) Exposure To International Standards Like API, ASME, NFPA and NACE.

3) HTRI
