Social Media Specialist

A Social Media Specialist is responsible for creating and administering content on all social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, and X, to build an audience and ensure customer engagement. The Specialist may also monitor site metrics, respond to reader comments, and oversee creative design.
**Responsibilities**:
- Ability to develop and implement a corporate social media strategy
- Ability to monitor online activity across departments and geographical areas to ensure anyone using the company’s online tools is following established guidelines and best-practice rules
- Encourage greater social media participation
- Identify opportunities to influence public perception through audience engagement and publicly speaking about the brand’s social media strategy
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop social media campaigns
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
- Capture and analyze the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and social media best practices to measure the success of every social media campaign, then use that information to refine future campaigns
**Qualifications**:
- Female (preferred)
- With Social media experience including planning and managing content in a corporate, or marketing agency setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and must have a thorough understanding of social media management and strategy.
- Strong writing and editing skills and the ability to change tone and style for different social media platforms.
- Creative ways to solve problems and the ability to think outside the box are important.
Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
