**Position**: Business Development Consultant / Business Development Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and target potential clients, creating a steady stream of high-quality leads.
- **Revenue Growth**: Develop and implement strategies to increase company revenue and market share.
- **Market Exploration**: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- **Coordination**: Oversee daily business operations and ensure smooth coordination between different departments.
- **Proposal Development**: Prepare and present business proposals to potential clients, highlighting our value propositions.
- **Networking**: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote Shark Business Consulting's services.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular reports on business development activities, market trends, and revenue forecasts to senior management.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business consulting, management consulting, or business setup advisory in Qatar or any GCC country.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- **Skills**:
- Strong understanding of the business landscape in Qatar and the GCC region.
- Proven track record in lead generation and revenue growth.
- Excellent market research and analytical skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in preparing and presenting business proposals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
