About the job

**Minimum 4 implementation**:cycle from start installation, requirement gathering, documentation, configuration, training, testing to Go-Live.

**Minimum 2 implementations**:should be with the public sector, Government, SIFMIS, IFMIS, GIFMIS including, knowledge on pre-budget processes/activities for generating budget ceiling, issuance of budget call circular, budget process management/workflow and report building using Financial Reporting Studio (FRS).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Lead requirements gathering sessions, workshops, meeting etc. to understand business requirement and configure the system in line with the business requirements.

Conduct CRP and Sprint session with business owners

Work with technical consultants in understanding business requirement

Manage documentations and deliverables related to Hyperion Planning and Budgeting

Develop and maintains planning data entry forms.

Develop and maintain business rules

Manage Dimension Hierarchies

Develop and maintain task lists, calculation scripts and reports to support business requirements for planning cycles and reporting goals in the Hyperion Planning.

Manage Hyperion Essbase, Planning, Strategy Finance, SmartView, DRM and Reporting.

Design and maintain all Hyperion financial reports

Provides support and functional assistance to end users of Workspace and Smart view for Planning and Essbase/Reporting.

Conducted user acceptance testing and involved in every phase of implementation.

Effectively and accurately communicate with management regarding project status, issue identification and remediation

Experience working in a team-orientated environment.

Having strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and excellent communication

Other duties may be assigned.

**Functional Skills/Experience/Qualifications**:
Business Requirement and Analysis

Strong Documentation Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Financial Reporting Studio (FRS)

Demonstrate ability to interact effectively with all levels within the organization

The ability to work closely with users to understand business needs and tailor solutions to those requirements.

**8+ years’ experience with Oracle Hyperion planning.**

Maintain a positive can-do attitude and proactively reach out to users to provide solutions to issues.

Pay: QAR83,546.00 - QAR125,320.00 per year
