**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for projects.
- Create, manage, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
- Establish project baselines and ensure adherence to them throughout the project lifecycle.
- Analyze the critical path and provide insights on potential risks and delays.
- Conduct delay analysis and develop reports to support claims management.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to align project objectives and timelines.
- Prepare regular progress reports, including performance metrics and forecasts.
- Identify areas for improvement in planning processes and implement best practices.
- Support junior planners as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project planning within the construction or engineering industry, with experience in both civil and MEP projects.
- Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project software.
- Strong understanding of project scheduling, WBS development, baseline management, claim management, and delay analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Skills**
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PMI-SP) is a plus.
- Knowledge of local regulations and standards in Qatar.
