Piping Inspcetor

**Job Location: Saudi Arabia** **Roles & Responsibilities**: 1. Ensure all piping materials (pipes, fittings, flanges, etc.) are received with proper documentation and traceability. 2. Verify material identification against MTC’s and project specifications. 3. Ensure correct material storage, color coding, and preservation. 4. Verify spool fit-up dimensions according to isometric drawings and fabrication tolerances. 5. Check orientation, cut length, bevel angle, and end preparation. 6. Inspect for proper pipe alignment, root gap, and tack welds before welding. 7. Dimensional inspection and documentation. 8. Report deviations, raise NCR’s as required, and follow up on corrective actions. 9. Review hydrotest limits and test diagrams (isometrics) to ensure completeness. 10. Verify weld completion, NDT clearance, and reinstatement before hydrotest. 11. Ensure calibrated pressure gauges and testing equipment are used. Inspect temporary blinds, test caps, supports, and test arrangements 12. Monitor pressurization, holding time, and leakage check during the test. 13. Verify vent/drain locations, filling rate, and de-pressurization sequence. 14. Assist in compiling piping test packages (hydro / pneumatic) as per itp and project requirements. 15. Ensure "punch list" items are identified and closed prior to hydrotest sign-off. 16. Liaise with the qc engineer/client inspector for review and approval of test packages. 17. Maintain accurate records of inspection, test results, and test certificates. 18. Ensure all testing is in compliance with project specs, and applicable standards. 19. Well familiar with Aramco specifications. **Skill Set**: - B.Tech Diploma in Mechanical engineering. - Aramco approved piping inspector - CBT Passed - 5 to 10 years experience in oil & gas industry - Immediate joiners required Pay: QAR8,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month Application Question(s): - This opportunity is in Saudi Arabia.
