**Overview of the role**:
**What you will do**:

- Cleaning the windows of any dirt and debris.
- Understanding the vehicle window specifications and customer requirements before beginning the tinting procedure.
- Using different tint cutting techniques.
- Installing window tints using appropriate tools like a heat gun, soft squeegee, and spray bottle.
- Reviewing and providing the customer with an approximate quote and completion timeline.
- Maintaining a clean workstation during and after the window tinting procedure.
- Explaining and recommending various window tints to the customers.
- Advising customers on the after-care procedures.
- Taking accurate measurements of the window and glass size.
- Collaborating with team members to provide top customers’ service.
- Staying up to date with the latest additions to window tints.

**Required Skills to be successful**:
1. Knowledge of different automobiles and car types.
2. - Familiar with various hand tools and display excellent physical dexterity.
3. - Good communication and interpersonal skills.
4. - Paint protection is experience.

**About the Team**:

- Reporting to the Service Manager and will work closely with the Sales and Aftersales team.

**What equips you for the role**:

- Diploma.
- 3 years’ experience as a Window Tinter or a similar position in the Automotive industry.
- Basic knowledge of different window tints and installation techniques.
- Customer management.
- Paint protection is experience will be desirable.
- Mastering in using installation equipment and hand tools like cutters, screwdrivers, and files.
- Ability to work for long and flexible hours.
- Attention to detail.
