Review work produced (Design Drawings and Calculations), by Electrical Consultants for Towers, Villas and Retails, to ensure that applicable Codes, Standards and Procedures are followed, and quality is acceptable, for all design stages.
- Review the received material submittal required per the Construction Regulations electrical list, in compliance with the project design drawings and specifications.
- Attending material inspections, as built services inspections for Towers & Villas as well as Above ceiling & Final inspections for Retail units
- Ensures that discipline design work is coordinated with Project staff and Engineers from other disciplines by maintaining clear and frequent communications.
- Respond to inquiries from plan reviewers, inspectors, utility and services engineers, and others regarding electrical code questions.
- Recommend changes in design to resolve code interpretation, problems and accommodate and control new materials and new design concepts.
- Managing internal & external communications
- Construction monitoring/ supervision for the Electrical works.
- Site coordination works at Interfaces and among contractors, and reporting issues and problems as soon as they occur.
- Reviewing construction schedules submitted by main contractors, for approval

**Education**: B.SC in Electrical Engineering or higher

**Experience**: 10 Years of experience in Electrical engineering work in construction projects

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 9 months
