**About the Job**:
The **Marketing and Public Relations Specialist** will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic PR and communication plans to enhance the company's brand and reputation. This role involves managing media relations, creating compelling content, and coordinating with other departments to ensure consistent messaging. The Marketing and Public Relations Specialist will also oversee the sales and marketing team, evaluate opportunities for partnerships, and maintain high ethical standards in all activities. Building and nurturing relationships with clients, stakeholders, and media contacts is essential to this role's success.

Therefore, the role has to achieve a specific target to increase business volumes related to the company client portfolio, which accordingly impacts the increasing company revenue.

**Responsibilities**:
As a **Marketing and Public Relations Specialist**, your responsibilities are as follows:

- Achieve the allocated and assigned target set by management according to the company business strategy and vision.
- Develop a marketing communications plan, including strategy, goals, budget, and tactics focused on financial gain (increase and enhance business volumes and revenue) and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Identify marketing opportunities by understanding customer requirements.
- Develop a media relations strategy, seeking high-level print, broadcast, and online media placements.
- Coordinate all public relations activities.
- Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media.
- Manage media inquiries and interview requests.
- Monitor, analyze, and communicate PR results quarterly.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives.
- Review client agreements to ensure adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
- Oversee the sales and marketing team, assessing their performance and achievements.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports on sales and marketing campaigns and achievements.
- Coordinate with other departments, including collections, to ensure proper communication and alignment of strategies.
- Uphold the highest standards of ethics and professionalism in all communications and interactions.
- Ensure all public relations activities are conducted with integrity, transparency, and respect for all stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of ethical behavior and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Demonstrate professionalism by maintaining confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Promote a positive company image through consistent, ethical, and professional behavior.
- Encourage a collaborative and respectful work environment, fostering teamwork and mutual support.
- Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising on an ongoing basis.
- Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy.
- Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall business.

**Job Requirements**:
**1- Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in public relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in public relations, communications, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successful PR campaigns and media relations.

**2- Skills and Abilities**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of current PR trends and best practices.
- Ability to develop and implement effective PR strategies.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with media contacts, clients, and stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
