**Job Title: Senior Architectural Draftsman**
**Job Summary**: We are seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Draftsman to join our team. As a Senior Draftsman, you’ll play a crucial role in translating architectural designs into detailed drawings and plans for construction projects. Your attention to detail, technical expertise, and ability to collaborate with architects and other team members will be essential.
**Responsibilities**:
- Create accurate and detailed drawings for architecture projects, including buildings and structures.
- Gather and compile data by visiting job sites to ensure precise architectural designs.
- Develop rough and detailed scale plans based on preliminary concepts, sketches, and specification sheets.
- Pay meticulous attention to architectural, interior, and landscape details.
- Utilize Computer-Aided Design and Drafting (CAD) systems proficiently to prepare drawings.
- Electronically store and manage drawings.
- Verify material dimensions for construction.
- Adhere to the company’s quality system and follow design specifications.
- Supervise, coordinate, and inspect the work of draftspersons, technicians, and technologists.
- Program drawings into automated systems.
- Ensure compliance with CAD standards for clients.
- Collaborate with other drafters, designers, construction supervisors, and clients.
- Support quality department requirements and audits.
- Assist with business development and tender management activities when needed.
**Education & Experience**:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a relevant field.
- Training certifications in AutoCAD and/or Revit.
- Proficiency in MS Office Package.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
**Required Skills**:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work flexibly with mínimal supervision.
- Strong planning and organizational abilities.
- Analytical skills and the capacity to interpret complex information.
- Understanding of mathematical principles.
- Knowledge of building methods and materials.
