**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the communication bridge between showroom managers and the marketing team to coordinate sales promotions, in-store marketing messages, product information, and pricing details.
- Work closely with the product design and development teams, as well as photographers, to align marketing initiatives with new collections.
- Schedule and manage communication with photographers, content creators, and social media specialists to ensure timely delivery of content.
- Support in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including campaign assets, event collateral, and post-campaign performance reports.
- Maintain project timelines and help ensure consistency in brand voice and visual identity across all platforms and materials.

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- **3-4 years of experience** in a similar marketing role within a relevant industry (retail, design, fashion, or lifestyle preferred).
- Strong verbal and written **communication skills**.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with marketing platforms and tools is a plus (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CRM systems, social media scheduling tools).
