**VRV/VRF Technician JD**
- Perform VRV (Variable Refrigerant Volume) and VRF system inspections and manufacturer-recommended preventive maintenance
- Participate in major component replacement and evaluation of complex system problems
- Perform preventive maintenance, adjustments, and basic repairs on digitally controlled HVAC systems, as needed on non-VRV systems
- Ensure proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies, and promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices
- Repair large-scale ductless HVAC VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) system service, installation, and start-up working on outdoor units, condensers, liquid pipes, gas pipes, indoor units, evaporators, manifolds, and indoor units
- Diagnose, repair, start-up, commission, and maintain VRF and other commercial mechanical equipment
- Move to one or multiple commercial buildings in need
- Work on condenser fans, blowers, capacitors, circuit boards, compressors, fan belts, refrigerant, filters, air handling units, and condenser coils.

**Chiller Technician JD**
- Operating and maintaining chillers and cooling tower equipment to ensure that they are working properly
- Inspecting the mechanical equipment in facilities to ensure proper operation
- Performing routine maintenance on chillers and cooling towers, including cleaning and repairing pumps, compressors, and evaporators
- Maintaining records of equipment use for billing purposes
- Installing new cooling equipment when needed
- Determining the appropriate size of a system based on the size of the building or facility and its cooling requirements
- Repairing small mechanical breakdowns such as leaks or clogs in pipes
- Monitoring the operation of chillers and cooling towers to ensure that they are operating within safe limits
- Determining when repairs are needed and coordinating with contractors who perform the repairs

**Salary**: QAR2,000.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
