- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting (CPA or CMA certification preferred)

**Job Summary**

Prepare section annual budget and financial reports, ensure adherence to the approved budget, and monitor financial KPIs of vendors and expiry date of agreements

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Prepare the annual budget for the section, including cost estimation for the department's activities, and submit to the Financial Settlement Manager for approval,
- Publish monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports that reflect the financial performance of the department
- Monitor the financial performance of the department and ensure adherence to the approved budget
- Monitor the financial KPIs of the external vendors/consultants and ensure adherence to the agreed contractual terms
- Monitor the expiry date of all vendor contracts, agreements, purchase orders, change requests etc., and update the system with changes required, if any
- Ensure the department's activities, products, and services are compliant with the financial regulatory requirements in Qatar
- Identify, evaluate, and manage any financial risks to the department
