We are seeking an experienced and strategic **Event Director** to lead the planning, production, and execution of high-impact events. This role involves overseeing all aspects of event operations, logistics, and production to deliver exceptional experiences that align with organizational goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and manage event budgets, timelines, and resources.
- Oversee all event operations, including on-site logistics, setup, execution, and teardown.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely, quality service delivery.
- Lead event production, including audiovisuals, stage design, and technical elements.
- Collaborate with designers to create and approve innovative event and booth designs.
- Ensure creative integration of lighting, sound, and branding into the event experience.
- Lead and mentor event teams, managing roles and communication effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Drive sales by identifying opportunities and securing deals within the industry.
- Work closely with the sales team to align strategies and maximize revenue generation.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and permits.
- Conduct post-event evaluations, analyzing success metrics and preparing detailed reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends and introduce innovative event solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in event management, business administration, hospitality, or related field.
- 8-10 years of event management experience, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Expertise in event production, logistics, and creative design elements.
- Strong communication (Arabic & English), negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strategic thinker with attention to detail and a results-driven approach.
- Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to changing environments.
- Passion for delivering high-quality, innovative events.
