**Duty and responsibilities**:
**COURT MONITOR**
- Greet and assist customers entering the jump areas.
- Administer any safety briefing and explain the rules for each area of the park.
- Ensure that all jumpers are following the rules.
- Ensure that all jumpers have a valid wristband, proper footwear (socks) and no loose jewellery or dangerous items.
- Coordinate clearing the courts or surrounding area when there is an injury.
- Ensure that all pads, nets, springs and other safety items are installed and functioning properly.
- Monitor, clean and organize the locker area and any seating areas as needed.
- Report problems with equipment to Duty Manager.
- Attend to any and all injured visitors within your designated area.
- Complete opening and closing duties.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor, management or needed by the business.

**PARTY HOST / CHILDREN’S ACTIVITY LEADER**
- Provide an exceptional birthday experience to birthday guest of honor and all parents and guests.
- Prepare customer for jumping to include wristbands and footwear (if applicable)
- Explain all trampoline safety rules to jumpers prior to party jumping.
- Responsible for setting up, cleaning up, and maintaining party tables.
- Adhere to strict party timing schedule.
- Serve food, beverages, and cake to party guests.
- Ensure there is adequate space/seating for all party guests.
- Monitor, clean and organize party zone and café seating areas as needed.
- Monitor and maintain stock for all party supplies and party add-ons as needed.
- Promote additional sales of party add-ons and merchandise.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Prior experience as a Court Monitor/party host is preferred.
- Proven willingness to be a team player and hard worker.
- Excellent communicator
- A passion for activity and be comfortable having an active working day.
- Desirable experience within a fast paced leisure or consumer facing role.
- Ability to speak in front of large groups.
- Must have above all a confident friendly, happy attitude and outlook to provide a safe, fun and memorable experience to the party booking

**Salary**: QAR4,000.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
