Warehouse Cordinator

PATSCO Qatar, a growing industrial trading and MRO supply company, is looking for a **Warehouse Coordinator** to manage daily warehouse operations and support our Oil & Gas, EPC, and industrial clients. The role focuses on accurate inventory control, timely order processing, and smooth coordination with our sales and procurement teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate daily receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of materials.
- Prepare pick lists, delivery notes, packing lists, and shipment documents.
- Maintain accurate stock records in the ERP system and support regular stock counts.
- Ensure proper warehouse layout, safety, and housekeeping in line with PATSCO standards.
- Coordinate with sales, procurement, and logistics for timely order fulfillment and deliveries.
- Liaise with transporters and couriers to track outbound shipments.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years’ experience in warehouse / logistics (industrial or MRO preferred).
- Experience using ERP systems (SAP Business One or similar) is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Basic English required; Arabic/Hindi is a plus.
- Forklift license/certification is an added advantage.
