**Job Title: Mechanical Technician - Facility Management**

**Location**: Dubail, Qatar
**Salary**: QAR 2,500 (All Inclusive Package)
**Contract Duration**: 2 Months (Extendable)
**Working Days**: Saturday to Thursday
**Working Hours**: 9 Hours per day (including lunch break)

**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Install, operate, and maintain mechanical systems and facility equipment.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, pumps, piping, motors, and related assets.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electro-mechanical systems to reduce downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and quality regulations.
- Work closely with engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to maintain efficient facility operations.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
- **Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience** in facility management and mechanical maintenance.
- Practical expertise in **HVAC, pumps, piping, motors, and related facility systems**.
- Familiarity with AC, DC, and LV systems will be an added advantage.
- Gulf region experience is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and contribute as part of a multidisciplinary team.
