**Basic Requirements**

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer, or related course

Total Experience: 7-9 years

GCC Experience: At least 3 years of work experience

Gender: Male

Age: Between 28-40 years old

Nationality: Any

**Qualifications**
- Knowledge in technical support, database system, network environment and configuration.
- Knowledge in the installation and repair of computer hardware and peripherals
- Knowledge of ERP system
- Provide daily technical support in the maintenance of the server, workstations, network devices, IT peripherals and other communications equipment of the company through installation, troubleshooting, corrective/preventive maintenance and hardware upgrades to ensure optimal performance.
