**Job Summary**

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented **Store Keeper** to manage and monitor all aspects of our workshop materials, equipment, and tools. This role involves material handling, issuing equipment, coordinating with procurement and production teams, and ensuring accurate inventory records.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare purchase requests based on departmental material requirements
- Coordinate with QC, logistics, inventory, and procurement teams
- Handle purchase invoices, delivery notes, and packing lists
- Manage issuing and receiving of tools, equipment, and safety gear
- Maintain accurate stock records on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
- Track tool usage and ensure timely return of undamaged equipment
- Maintain the list of company materials, tools, and equipment
- Oversee proper stacking and timely disposal of scrap
- Submit service requests for equipment requiring external maintenance
- Prepare maintenance logs and breakdown reports
- Supervise a team of helpers, riggers, and packing staff

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a related field
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within the same industry
- **Skills**:

- Knowledge of materials management and storage practices
- Proficiency in maintaining computerized inventory records
- Familiarity with handling tools, equipment, and purchase documentation

**Tools & Materials Handled**
- **Materials**: Mild Steel (MS), Stainless Steel (SS), Consumables (e.g., cutting discs, welding rods)
- **Equipment**: Welding Machines (200 LHM, TIG, MIG), Magnetic Drill, CNC, Plasma, Hydraulic Press
- **Tools**: Spanners, Hammers, Grinders, Drills, etc.
