**Internal Communication**:
Coordinator - Customs Clearance, Customs Documentation Clerks, Accountant, Warehouse personnel if required

**Purpose**:

- To execute day to day work requirements related to Customs Documentation and Freight Forwarding

**External Communication**:
Clients, Suppliers and Government Authorities
Visitors

**Purpose**:

- To deliver and collect items, documents, passes, invoices, etc. to and from required destinations
To transport visitors as directed

**Occupational Health & Safety and Environment**

**Accountability**:
Are accountable for their acts and omissions.

**Responsibility**:
To follow agreed safe systems of work; to follow training and instructions; and to report accidents, incidents and near misses.

**Authority**:
To stop work if they think the work is unsafe.

**Education & Professional Qualification**:
High Schooling

**Professional Experience**:
1 - 2 years of experience in driving light vehicles including 1 - 3 ton pick-up

**Geographic Experience**:
Valid Driving License

**Computer Skills**:
0

**Language Skills**:
Working Knowledge of English & Hindi

**Market/Industry/Functional Knowledge**:
Good Knowledge of routes within UAE

**Key Roles & Responsibilities**
- Deliver and collect items, documents, passes, invoices, etc. and obtain acknowledgment signatures.
- Custom Documents Submission
- Collection of Delivery Order, Certificate of Origin, Payment Cheque etc.
- Transport employees and visitors to and from desired locations.
- Inspect and keep assigned vehicles free from damage and in a safe condition.
- Report vehicle maintenance issues.
- Ensure cleanliness of vehicles used.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

High Schooling
