Prepare and Bake all desserts and pastries according to recipes and following traditional and modern recipes.
- Create new and exciting desserts to renew our menus and engage the interest of customers quality and presentation standards, and food prep checklists.

- Decorate pastries using different icings, toppings, etc. to ensure the presentation will be beautiful and exciting.
- Preparing, Cooking and packaging and serving light food and snacks.
- Monitor stocks for baking ingredients such as flour, sugar, etc. and make appropriate orders within budget.
- Receiving deliveries and verifying that all ordered items have been delivered and are of good quality.
- Taking inventory of restaurant supplies and notifying the supervisor of low or depleted supplies.
- Discarding all expired and spoiled food items stored in the stock rooms, refrigerators, and freezers.
- Check the quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking.
- Prepare ingredients for Baking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food before use.
- Performing basic cleaning duties and ensuring that workstations are properly sanitized.
- Safely and appropriately use baking and measuring tools.
- Come up with recipe ideas from scratch Plan the menu of desserts and pastry to complement savoury items.
- Ensure the kitchen is always clean and sanitized all the time.
- Maintain up to date knowledge about pastry arts and ingredients.
