Tram Driver

**Brief Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Understand and agree to follow the operating policies concerning promptly and courteously assisting all customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Arabic speakers.
- Driving Trams in accordance with the company’s rules & procedures and road traffic regulations
- Ensuring the safety of passengers, pedestrians and other road users - Providing excellent customer service at all times
- Identifying and reporting incidents and anomalies (rolling stock and equipment) to the Tram Operations Controller (TOC)
- Perfect knowledge with operations & maintenance procedures
- Reporting to Supervisors and Operations Manager and complying with all operational orders and directives given.
- Communicating clearly and effectively with passengers and OM team.
- Assisting during maintenance check lists with technician
- Escalate any incident/accident as per procedures.
- Full awareness of safety measurements.
- Adhere to shift rosters and time schedules.
- Maintain the highest standard of personal hygiene and appearance at all times.
- Duties maybe assigned on any shift of the day.

**Experience and Skills**:

- At least 1-year valet driving experience is a must.
- Physical fit and able to work outdoor in parking area (in summer, temperature reaches above 40 degrees).
- Must be fluent in English (both written and orally) preferably bilingual English & Arabic.
- Able to join immediately and can change employer.
- Holding a Qatari Driving license.

The salary includes the accommodation and transportation allowances.
