Bachelor's degree from a recognized university or equivalent.

Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in the Facility Management Industry.

Strong knowledge of Estimation & Tendering processes.

Proficiency in preparing correspondence letters and memos in both English and Arabic.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Manage and be accountable for collecting and registering all technical documents such as drawings and blueprints in the company system.

Review and update documents for maintenance and quality control purposes.

Ensure that personnel are kept updated on new document versions and how to access them.

Handle records across various departments, including tender, marketing, and maintenance.

Create templates for use by other personnel to streamline document creation processes.

Maintain confidentiality regarding contracts and sensitive documents.

Collaborate with personnel across different departments to facilitate effective document management

**Salary**: QAR4,000.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
