Your Opportunity

Stantec’s Management Consulting Group in the Middle East is looking for a result-oriented and dynamic Business/Data Analyst to work closely with our client in a transformation journey for their Operation and Maintenance Departments.

Your Key Responsibilities
- \tSupport and advise the client Management in administering a Roads O&M Performance-Based contract including setting the program of works, work inspection regime, participating in technical and contractual discussions, review and approve monthly invoices.
- \tIdentify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in data sets.
- \tInterpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing presentations and reports.
- \tAcquire data from primary or secondary data sources to update and maintain databases.
- \tCollaborate with various stakeholders and government departments, and understand the requirements to develop key performance indicators and translate it into formulas in MS Excel
- \tDevelop MS Excel based tools to improve workflow.
- \tFilter and clean data by reviewing reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct problems.
- \tWork with management to prioritize business information needs.
- \tProduce presentations, circulars, and other marketing material to promote achievements of the business.
- \tProvide guidance and coach team members in data analytics.
- \tPresent to the Client and stakeholder departments of all levels.
- \tCreate and update project schedules and professional reports.
- \tCreate proposals for data analysis improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- \tBachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or related field.
- \tMaster’s degree in business administration and/or an engineering field from a Western Country would be considered beneficial.
- \tMinimum of 10 years post graduate work experience
- \tExperience in IBM/Google/Microsoft analytics tools related to data analysis/data science.
- \tAdvanced experience in MS Excel is required. Coding in Visual Basic to create and amend MACROS is considered an asset.

- \tWell-developed written communication skills in the preparation of presentations, technical reports, correspondence, and proposals are considered an asset.
