The Fulfillment Operations Support Specialist is responsible for facilitating transactions, producing, assembling and delivering replacement/ repair parts and equipment as part of a Services agreement or order. It includes activities such as processing transactions, managing processes, material management, site operations, or warehouse logistics & shipping, sometimes in a shop structure.

**As a fulfillment operations support specialist, you will be responsible for**:
**Fulfillment Support**
- Manage and oversee service shop stock inventory.
- Coordinate and supervise all inbound and outbound shipment movements.
- Plan, schedule, and execute inter-regional inventory transfers.
- Forecast, maintain, and manage optimal inventory levels, including safety stock.
- Report on the status of inter warehouse requests from the plant.
- Conduct annual inventory counting and reconciliations for service sites.
- Maintain documentation for outgoing shipments, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
- Update and maintain inventory tracking sheets regularly.
- Initiate inventory adjustment requests as needed.
- Collaborate with the team on monthly and quarterly inventory checks.

**Purchase Requisitions**
- Verify local, regional, and global inventory before raising Purchase Order Requisitions (POR).
- Review and confirm POR details before seeking approval.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and share them with relevant departments.
- Coordinate with the sourcing team to ensure timely receipt of purchased items.
- Provide lead time updates to the team on a weekly basis.
- Release shipment advice to clients and freight forwarders for new equipment.

**Rental Assets**
- Manage and maintain over rental and fixed assets, including drilling and workover tools for NOCs and IOCs.
- Regularly update the rental assets register and upload it to the designated platform.
- Control rental delivery notes and ensure proper documentation accompanies shipments.
- Check back loads and report any irregularities to the QC team.
- Coordinate and report missing or defective items, adhering to contractual guidelines for claims.
- Manage returns and repairs of faulty equipment.

**Logistics**
- Follow up with sourcing and logistics teams for spare parts and ordered products.
- Track shipments with the logistics team and forwarding company.
- Coordinate with clearing agents for incoming and outgoing international shipments.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Provide support for operations as needed.
- Be flexible to work outside of normal hours in urgent operational situations or emergencies.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, HSE guidelines, and ensure the safety of oneself and others.
- Note: Work may involve exposure to outdoors, non-temperature-controlled areas, and require lifting of parts and tools.

- Have Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college OR high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
- Have experience and expertise in wellheads, X-Mas Trees, associated tools, and spares.
