**Overview of the role**:
To ensure the AVR clients are dealt with in a pleasant, professional, and efficient manner providing best in class customer service and products. Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and enhancing the brand image to meet and exceed set standards. Continuously drive Gallup Customer Service Value to improve customer engagement. Over seeing Rental Division to ensure rental utilisation is on target and driving the rental team in line with the business plan.

**What you will do**:
Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction so that set standards are met and exceeded. Recommend process of improvements so that the front-end operations run smoothly and efficiently. Constantly driving the associate and customer satisfaction level to AVRs standards.
Guide and motivate CSR’s and Drivers to increase rental revenue at the locations and determine the requirement of vehicles for daily & monthly rentals/ reservations so that location revenue targets and customer requirements are exceeded.
Ensure compliance of procedures and recommend new procedures or changes to existing procedures so that revenue and vehicle movement is accurately and completely accounted for. Ensure accuracy of documentation and system entry to achieve zero-error records.

Explore sales opportunities outside the Branch by targeting Government Institutions, Schools/Universities and Corporate clients.

**Required Skills to be successful**:
Job-Specific Skills: PC literate, hospitality background, understanding of vehicle rental will be an advantage.

Minimum Experience: Five (5) years’ experience in automotive field
Job-Specific Skills: PC- literate: MS-Office.
Behavioural Competencies: Customer service skills, Excellent communication skills, team player, planning and organization, problem solving. Interpersonal skills, Leadership Skills, Ability to work under pressure.
