Department

CORPORATE HSE & QUALITY

Primary purpose of job

Advise and develop effective strategies and standards covering HSE Risk Management and oversee their implementation

across QP to assure that HSE risks are mitigated to a level that is As Low As Reasonably Practicable (ALARP), are in

compliance with all

the statutory and corporate requirements, and aligned with the industry best practices.

Experience & Skills
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant working experience in plant, equipment and systems is required.
- A Minimum of 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas, or Petrochemical related industries with emphasis on asset integrity

aspects during design, operation, maintenance and inspection is required.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar supervisory position is required.
- Extensive experience with international acquisitions and divestments is preferable.
- Expert knowledge of Risk and Safety Assessment techniques is required.
- Expert knowledge of Risk Based Inspection (RBI), Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM), Asset Performance

Management System (APMS)techniques and systems related to asset integrity is required.
- Expert understanding of Operational Risk Management is required.
- Expert knowledge of international acquisitions and divestments
- Demonstrated ability to leverage technical knowledge and interpersonal skills to influence outcomes across a wide range

of stakeholder groups, while taking into account challenges to the business.

Education
- BEng/BSc in Mechanical, Civil, Industrial, Chemical Engineering or related discipline is required.
- MEng/MSc in Mechanical, Civil, Industrial, Chemical Engineering or related

discipline would be an added advantage.
