**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement training programs that align with hospitality service standards and organizational goals.
- Facilitate interactive training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs to support employee development.
- Evaluate training needs through feedback and performance reviews, and tailor learning solutions accordingly.
- Track training outcomes and adjust materials or delivery methods as necessary to improve effectiveness.
- Work closely with department managers to identify areas for skill improvement and employee growth.
- Maintain up-to-date training documentation and employee development records.
- Support new hire orientation to ensure a smooth integration into the company culture and expectations.
- Stay informed about hospitality industry trends and integrate best practices into training initiatives.
- Encourage a culture of learning and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

**Qualifications, Experience, and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline (preferred).
- 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Learning & Development within the hospitality industry (required).
- Strong understanding of hospitality service principles and training methodologies.
- Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Ability to independently plan and deliver engaging training sessions.
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach with strong attention to detail.
