**Job Summary**:

- Welcome and assist walk-in customers with professionalism and a friendly attitude.
- Present and promote telecom services and products based on customer needs.
- Provide detailed product/service information, handle inquiries, and resolve customer issues.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs as set by management.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings, promotions, and changes.
- Accurately process transactions and ensure complete documentation.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize sales strategies and improve customer experience.
- Report customer feedback and market trends to the sales manager.

**Job Requirements**:.
- Prior experience in **indoor sales or customer service** is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sales-driven and motivated by targets.
- Fluency in **English**and **Russian** language is required;
- Presentable, energetic, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends if required.

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
