**About you**:

- Conduct a thorough analysis of GS&S information and storage systems to create and implement a digital conversion programmer to enable analysis for data driven decisions to bring efficiency in the systems.
- Liaise with IT to use automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources to ensure the extracted data is well analysed before making it available for the Management.
- Use statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets that could be helpful for the diagnosis and prediction of future hazards and subsequent mitigation.
- Prepare reports for the GS&S management, stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data to ensure management is presented with relevant and accurate analysis.
- Leverage digital technologies and digitized data to enable more efficient and effective managing of all Safety and Security Risks.
- Prepare final analysis reports for the departments within GS&S to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends.
- Perform regular data integrity and quality control checks to ensure data integrity.
- Train end-users within GS&S on new reports and dashboards to ensure team members in the departments are aware if the system functionalities to use them effectively.
- Manage vendor relationships in liaison with IT for analytics toolsets and research capabilities through scheduled interactions with stakeholders to ensure the business remains competitive.
- Guide and facilitate the design, development and integration of essential safety and security data from occurrence reporting and audits into a single source to be used for executive and strategic reporting.
- Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.

**Qualifications**:
About you:
**Without a Degree**:

- High School Qualification / Vocational Qualification /Diploma or Equivalent (Type of Diploma Based on Role) with Minimum 5 years of job-related experience

**With a Degree**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 4 years of job-related experience

**OR**

**Qatari nationals**:

- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent without prior experience

Essential
- Experience in handling reporting and analysis of complex safety, security and audit data
- Strong Business Intelligence (BI) Analysis experience in a fast-paced environment
- Broad knowledge of aviation systems

Preferred
- Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, MIS or equivalent
- Exposure to a multi-cultural work environment
- Prior working experience with an airline, or within the aviation industry

**Job Specific Skills**:

- A high level of mathematical ability and capacity to analyse, model and interpret data.
- Expert skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
