**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sourcing & Supplier Management**:

- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for ingredients, packaging, and equipment in the F&B sector.
- Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers, including pricing, delivery schedules, and quality standards.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key suppliers to ensure the reliability of supply and improve procurement efficiency.
- Conduct regular supplier performance reviews to ensure quality, reliability, and service levels meet organizational requirements.
- **Inventory Management & Stock Control**:

- Work closely with the storekeeper and inventory team to monitor stock levels, prevent shortages, and manage inventory turnover.
- Ensure the timely procurement of raw materials and F&B products, balancing demand with supply.
- Forecast purchasing needs based on consumption trends, seasonal variations, and upcoming events.
- **Cost Management & Budgeting**:

- Track and control procurement budgets, ensuring purchases remain within financial constraints.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities, such as bulk purchasing, long-term contracts, or alternative sourcing options.
- Monitor market trends and commodity prices to anticipate price fluctuations and adjust procurement strategies accordingly.
- **Compliance & Quality Control**:

- Ensure all procured goods comply with local food safety and health regulations.
- Work with the quality control team to ensure that products meet the required specifications and quality standards.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and certifications for food products and packaging materials.
- **Order Processing & Delivery Coordination**:

- Process purchase orders in a timely manner and ensure orders are delivered on time, meeting operational needs.
- Work closely with logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery of goods and resolve any shipping or delivery issues.
- Manage order documentation, track deliveries, and handle discrepancies in shipments.
- **Data Management & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, supplier contracts, and inventory levels.
- Prepare regular reports on procurement performance, expenditure, and stock status for management review.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From QAR4,000.00 per month
