**About Role**:
1. Teaching and Learning:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in Arabic and Islamic Studies for primary school students.
- Implement the British Curriculum effectively, ensuring alignment with school and MOE standards.
- Use innovative teaching methods and resources to enhance students’ language skills and religious understanding.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.

2. Curriculum Development:

- Develop and adapt lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments that align with the British Curriculum and MOE.
- Stay up-to-date with educational developments and incorporate best practices into teaching.

3. Classroom Management:

- Establish a positive and productive learning environment.
- Encourage student participation, engagement, and critical thinking.
- Maintain classroom discipline in accordance with school policies.

4. Student Assessment and Progress:

- Regularly assess, evaluate, and report student progress.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and parents to ensure ongoing development.
