The QE PTW Holder is responsible for obtaining, managing, and ensuring compliance with Permit to Work (PTW) systems in line with Qatar Energy (QE) safety regulations. The role involves coordinating work activities, ensuring all necessary precautions are taken, and maintaining a safe working environment in high-risk operations such as construction, maintenance, and shutdown activities.

The QE PTW Holder plays a critical role in ensuring worksite safety and compliance. This position requires a strong understanding of PTW regulations, risk management skills, and effective communication to enforce safety measures on-site.

Ensure work activities comply with QE health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.

Conduct risk assessments and implement necessary control measures.

Verify that work is executed as per permit instructions.

Ensure workers understand safety precautions before commencing tasks.

Conduct toolbox talks to communicate risks and safety measures.

Liaise with Qatar Energy Permit Controller, Site Supervisors as per site requirements.

Report hazards, incidents, or non-compliance issues immediately and initiate to resolve it.

Ensure emergency response plans are in place for hazardous activities.
