Provide executive-level administrative support to senior management, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and handling confidential information.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Conduct research and compile data to prepare reports and presentations.
Manage and maintain accurate records and databases.
Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Process financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, expense reports, and payroll.
Assist with budget preparation and monitoring.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Proven experience as an executive secretary or administrative assistant.
Strong accounting skills, including experience with financial transactions, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
High level of attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Must be a female.
**Salary**: QAR4,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
