**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a wide range of Indian dishes, including curries, biryanis, tandoori, and vegetarian/vegan options.
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet the company’s standards.
- Collaborate with the catering team to plan menus for events and special occasions.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards.
- Manage kitchen inventory, ensuring fresh ingredients are always available.
- Work efficiently to meet catering deadlines and large orders.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a cook specializing in Indian cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of traditional Indian recipes and modern cooking techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume orders.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with kitchen safety and sanitation regulations.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: QAR2,000.00 per month
