**Job Overview**:
Ensures global and local QHSES training policies, procedures, and programs are implemented across the onshore and offshore facilities and worksites within the Area. Designs, develops, implements and evaluates local QHSES curriculum. Monitors and reports compliance to global and local training requirements.

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Carries out local training needs analysis, develops and implements local QHSES training matrices, forecasts and training plans.
- Assists the Area QHSES Training Manager on the design, development, implementation, and control of local QHSES training programs.
- Coordinates, implements, and administers global and local QHSES training programs.
- Conducts Train-the-Trainer programs.
- Maintains a database of approved Subject Matter Experts and QHSES Trainers.
- Delivers QHSES training programs
- Provides technical advice, coaching, guidance, and mentoring to Area QHSES Trainers.
- Works with Training Administrator on training record maintenance.
- Assists the Area QHSES Training Manager on the evaluation of training proposals, facilities and programs from external training providers.
- Assists the Area QHSES Training Manager on budget forecasting when required.

**Essential Qualifications and Education**:

- Over 5 years QHSES experience within Energy Industry
- Over 3 years training leadership experience
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience) in a related field

**Preferred Qualifications and Education**:

- Knowledge of training techniques and adult learning
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
