**Job Summary**:
The Bike Driver is responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods, food, or packages to customers using a bicycle or motorbike. This role requires strong navigation skills, time management, and a customer-oriented approach.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Pick up and deliver items to customers at designated locations.
- Follow assigned routes or use navigation apps to ensure timely deliveries.
- Handle products with care to avoid damage during transport.
- Verify orders before delivery and confirm receipt with customers.
- Maintain the bike/motorbike in good condition and report any issues.
- Follow traffic rules and safety guidelines at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Valid driving license (if using a motorbike).
- Familiarity with GPS or navigation apps.
- Good physical stamina and ability to ride for long durations.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Basic communication skills for customer interaction.
- Reliability, punctuality, and attention to safety.

**Work Environment**:

- Outdoor, with varying weather conditions.
- Flexible schedules may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Prior experience as a delivery rider, courier, or in a customer-facing role is a plus.
