**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of designers, ensuring seamless collaboration and execution of event concepts.
- Actively work on 3D event design concepts and renderings, both individually and with team support.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas and helping shape the creative direction of our events.
- Develop detailed, creative, and visually stunning 3D designs that bring event concepts to life.
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure event designs meet and exceed expectations.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.
- Communicate effectively with both English and Arabic-speaking clients and team members.

**Requirements**:

- **Proven experience working in the events industry is mandatory**, with a strong portfolio showcasing events designs and creative direction.
- Experience in leading a design team with strong leadership and project management skills.
- Proficiency in 3D design software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar tools.
- Strong conceptual and creative design skills.
- Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Arabic.
- Ability to manage time effectively, working to tight deadlines and ensuring quality output.
- A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- **Valid QID and NOC is a must**.
- **Submission of a portfolio is mandatory.**

**Salary**: QAR 15,000 - QAR 20,000 depending on experience.
