We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Architect Engineer** to join our dynamic team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Meet with clients to discuss project requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns.
- Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and professional service.
- Oversee project development from initial concept through to completion, ensuring that all phases are executed on time, within budget, and to the quality standards.
- Collaborate with other professionals, including engineers, contractors, and consultants, to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to design specifications.
- Prepare and review project documentation, including reports, permits, and correspondence, to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural engineering, with a proven track record in handling large-scale projects.
- UPDA certification is required.
- Native proficiency in Arabic language is required.
- Proficiency in math, budgeting, engineering software (AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective client relationships and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Pay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR12,000.00 per month
