We are currently recruiting for an innovative and qualified Corporate Legal Counsel to join our organisation based in Doha, Qatar. This role will assist the Group Legal Counsel in providing the Jaidah Group with effective legal services and representation for legal issues related to the Company and Group Companies.

The Legal Counsel will assist to oversee the legal aspects of Jaidah Group’s business, safeguarding company reputation by guaranteeing that the company strictly follows local and international guidelines whilst also providing legal advice to management about all relevant issues.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the Group Legal Counsel in dealing with legal issues or potential legal issues and follow through with the appropriate legal response or action, which best serves to protect the interests of the Company.
- Assist in supporting and monitoring contractual obligations and processes of the Company, including drafting agreements, overseeing the maintenance and administration of contracts and reviewing new and existing contracts.
- Assist in supporting the Company’s corporate governance activities by providing administrative assistance in the process of drafting policies and procedures.
- Represent employees on various legal matters as required.
- Ensure that all activities carried out on behalf of the Company meet and integrate with organizational requirements for quality management, health and security, legal stipulations, environmental policies and general duty of care.

**Essential Experience Required**
- Legal degree
- Qualified and registered lawyer
- Fluent in Arabic, English and French
