We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Draftsman to join our team. As a Draftsman, you will be responsible for creating accurate technical drawings and plans to support the design and construction of interior spaces. You will work closely with our design team to translate concepts into precise drawings that guide the execution of projects.
- **Responsibilities**:

- Create detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Assist in developing design concepts and translating them into workable construction documents.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to ensure alignment with project requirements and specifications.
- Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and material lists for project estimation and procurement.
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback from project stakeholders and ensure compliance with design standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to clarify design details and address any technical issues during the construction phase.
- Maintain organized documentation of drawings and revisions for future reference.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience as a Draftsman, preferably in the interior design or construction industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, 2D and 3D, V-Ray or similar programs.
- Strong understanding of technical drawing standards, building codes, and construction practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings within specified deadlines. Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of Qatar's construction regulations and standards is an advantage.
